The St. Andrews project will create a major new urban center for the Perth region, and serve as a model to Perth citizens and decision-makers as to how environmentally responsible new growth can occur.
- Denver LRT Study, Denver, CO - This citywide plan study investigated the impact a Light Rail Transit in a series of corridors through Denver. The project emphasized the relationship between transit and land use. Prototype station area plans were developed, and policy guidelines prepared to help implement transit-oriented design strategies.
- Englewood Town Center, Englewood, CO - This project just south of downtown Denver involved a series of architectural components, integrating varied land uses into a vibrant and transit-oriented town center. The plan included high-density rental apartments and a mix of commercial and retail uses. See built images of this project.
- Old Elm Village, Petaluma, CA - This 5-acre project is considered a 'model' project for the City of Petaluma in their search for smart growth within their community. The client, Burbank Housing of Santa Rosa, is a not-for-profit developer which is committed to high quality, well designed, affordable housing in the San Francisco Bay Area. See built images of this neighborhood.
- Richmond BART Transit Village, Richmond, CA - This project, directly adjacent to the multi-modal station in the city of Richmond, CA provides for a mix of ownership housing opportunities in a high density, mixed-use configuration.
