The Main Street Station is envisioned to undergo a 2-phase transformation. The existing conditions display an enormous right of way at Greenville Avenue. The first phase allows for street infrastructure to set up (sidewalk improvements, plantations, underground utilities). The final phase paves way for mixed use development to proceed with buildings fronting the street in a way that promotes human scale and a sense of place.
